As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) with over a decade of hands-on experience in Design and Project Management, I have led complex, large-scale projects across hospitality, luxury residential, affordable housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors. My career spans diverse environments, from barefoot hotel resorts and desert retreats to mixed-use developments, retail spaces, and high-end commercial fit-outs.
Having lived and worked in the UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, with additional projects in Asia and North America, I bring a global perspective to regional challenges and opportunities.
In 2020, I founded WorkPanda to reshape headhunting within the construction, architecture, and design sectors in the Middle East. Built on a deep understanding of the industry’s unique talent challenges, WorkPanda delivers a highly targeted, strategic approach to executive search—focused on identifying and securing top-tier talent for high-impact roles. Leveraging my background in project delivery, we bridge the gap between complex project demands and exceptional individuals, setting us apart in a competitive market.
I travel between London, Riyadh, Dubai, and Singapore, committed to advancing industry standards, fostering leadership, and elevating team dynamics within the built environment.
