Shyam Visavadia founded WorkPanda in 2020 with the vision to redefine headhunting across the construction, architecture and design sectors. With a background as a Chartered Project Manager, he set out to bring a more technical, informed and highly curated approach to recruitment, ensuring that clients are connected with individuals who not only meet the technical requirements of a role, but also align with the culture, vision and long-term objectives of each organisation. His focus remains on delivering a boutique, strategic service to the world’s leading developers, operators and design studios.

As a Chartered Surveyor, holding memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( MRICS), the Chartered Institute of Building ( MCIOB), and the Association for Project Management ( MAPM ), Shyam brings over a decade of hands-on experience across design and project management. He has led complex, large-scale developments across ultra-luxury hospitality, branded residential, mixed-use, healthcare and commercial sectors, working on projects ranging from barefoot resorts and desert retreats to high-rise developments, retail environments and major urban masterplans across the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with additional exposure to Asia and North America.

Well travelled and having lived and worked across multiple regions, Shyam has developed a deep understanding of the DNA of luxury, both as a guest and from a design and construction perspective. This dual insight allows him to recognise what truly defines exceptional projects, from concept through to delivery.
