Overview

We are hiring an Architect for a prestigious European architecture and design studio in Dubai, globally recognised for delivering world-class mixed-use and hospitality projects. The role involves supporting all design stages, coordinating with the European head office, liaising with clients and consultants, and assisting senior architects to ensure successful project delivery. Candidates must hold a Golden Visa, spouse visa, or self-sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities

• Support design stages from concept through to detailed development for mixed-use and hospitality projects
• Coordinate with the European head office to ensure design alignment and standards are maintained
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams across the region
• Assist senior architects and project leads in project execution and deliverables
• Prepare high-quality drawings, presentations, and design documentation
• Review and comment on shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent
• Contribute to space planning, layouts, and architectural detailing
• Support project teams in design coordination, technical queries, and problem-solving
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and archived for all stages
• Keep up-to-date with architectural trends, materials, and technologies to support innovative design solutions

Job Requirements

‍• Proven experience in architectural design across mixed-use and hospitality projects

• Strong skills in preparing drawings, presentations, and design documentation

• Ability to coordinate with international offices, clients, consultants, and project teams

• Proficiency in space planning, layouts, and architectural detailing

• Experience reviewing shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups to ensure design compliance

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support project execution and technical queries

• Candidates must hold a Golden Visa, spouse visa, or be self-sponsored
