The studio is currently delivering a highly complex project and is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Urban Development to support strategic project delivery and growth in the Dubai market.

This role requires a well-connected professional with strong project delivery experience, business development capability, and industry recognition within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

↳ Lead urban development and master planning projects across the region

↳ Drive business development and support work-winning initiatives

↳ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

↳ Oversee project delivery while ensuring design quality and commercial success

↳ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and development

Key Requirements

↳ Strong experience in urban development or master planning projects

↳ Well-known presence within the Dubai development and planning market

↳ Proven track record in business development and securing projects

↳ Experience delivering projects involving Dubai Municipality is highly preferred

↳ Exposure to iconic or large-scale developments in the region is advantageous
