A multinational firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions for large-scale projects across the region.
This role suits a detail-driven professional with strong coordination skills, experience working across technical and commercial teams, and the ability to manage complex bid processes from start to submission.

โ Coordinate bid and tender submissions from initiation through to final delivery
โ Manage bid programmes, deadlines, and submission requirements
โ Collate and coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, and management teams
โ Ensure all bid documents meet client requirements, compliance standards, and quality controls
โ Maintain accurate bid documentation, templates, and submission records
โ Support pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and proposal development
โ Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submissions

โ Proven experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar role

โ Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects preferred
