Job Responsibilities

↳ Coordinate end-to-end tender and bid submission processes

↳ Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposal documentation

↳ Liaise with design, commercial, and leadership teams for bid inputs

↳ Ensure submissions are compliant, high-quality, and delivered on time

↳ Maintain bid documentation, templates, and submission records

Job Requirements

↳Experience supporting bids or tender submissions in construction / fit-out
↳ Strong organisation and document management skills

↳ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions

↳ Excellent written communication and coordination skills

↳ Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
