Overview

We are hiring an FF&E Designer for a Dubai-based interior design studio renowned for creating distinctive and memorable spaces, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects. The role involves developing FF&E concepts, preparing documentation, and coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts that align with the overall design vision and project brief
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and client presentation materials
• Coordinate with interior designers, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless execution
• Track approvals, material samples, and documentation throughout all project stages
• Support the 3D visualization team with accurate FF&E information and specifications
• Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and samples to ensure design compliance
• Assist in custom furniture design and coordination with manufacturers as needed
• Maintain and update FF&E libraries, records, and project documentation
• Resolve FF&E-related queries or coordination issues during design and procurement
• Support installation and ensure correct placement, finishes, and styling on site

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of FF&E design, selection, and specification for luxury hospitality projects

• Experience developing FF&E concepts aligned with interior design vision and project briefs

• Proficiency in preparing detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and client presentation materials

• Ability to coordinate effectively with interior designers, suppliers, and consultants for seamless project execution

• Skilled in reviewing shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and custom furniture designs to ensure design compliance

• Experience supporting 3D visualization teams with accurate FF&E information and specifications

• Ability to track, document, and manage FF&E approvals, materials, and installation to maintain design intent
