Overview

The FF&E Designer will support the design and delivery of high-quality interior projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors throughout Asia. The role involves developing FF&E concepts, preparing detailed documentation, and coordinating with design teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent, quality, and budget alignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts aligned with the interior design vision and project briefs
• Prepare detailed FF&E documentation including schedules, specifications, and layouts
• Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet brand, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate closely with interior designers to ensure FF&E integration with overall design intent
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on pricing, lead times, samples, and technical information
• Support preparation of client presentations, FF&E boards, and material selections
• Review shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent
• Track FF&E packages through procurement, delivery, and installation stages
• Resolve FF&E-related technical or coordination issues with project teams

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of FF&E design, selection, and specification across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects

• Experience developing FF&E concepts aligned with interior design vision and project briefs

• Proficiency in preparing detailed FF&E documentation, including schedules, specifications, and layouts

• Ability to source, select, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment within brand, budget, and quality standards

• Skilled in collaborating with interior designers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design integration

• Experience reviewing shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups to maintain design intent

• Ability to track FF&E packages through procurement, delivery, and installation while resolving technical or coordination issues
