Overview

WorkPanda is seeking a Head of Architecture for a studio delivering landmark luxury hospitality projects with leading global operators across the region.

The studio works with some of the world’s most prestigious operators, including 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂, 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗦𝘁. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀.

Key Responsibilities

↳ Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams

↳ Oversee design direction, storytelling, and project delivery

↳ Manage client relationships and presentations at senior level

↳ Coordinate with operators, consultants, and project stakeholders

↳ Ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards are maintained

↳ Frequent Travel

Key Requirements

↳ 15–20+ years’ experience in architecture or interior design

↳ Proven experience delivering luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality projects

↳ Strong leadership, presentation, and client-facing skills

↳ Background with reputable international design studios preferred
