Overview

WorkPanda is seeking a Head of Interior Design for a studio delivering landmark luxury hospitality projects with leading global operators across the region.

Key Responsibilities

↳ Lead, inspire, and mentor multidisciplinary interior design teams

↳ Define and drive overall interior design vision, storytelling, and brand experience

↳ Oversee delivery of high-end hospitality interiors from concept through to site completion

↳ Manage senior-level client relationships and lead key design presentations

↳ Coordinate closely with operators, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders

↳ Ensure design intent, brand alignment, material quality, and detailing excellence are maintained

Job Requirement

↳ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

↳ 15 - 20 years’ experience in luxury hospitality interior design

↳ Proven leadership experience managing senior design teams and studios

↳ Strong portfolio of high-end hotel, resort, or branded residential interiors

↳ Experience working with international luxury hospitality operators

↳ Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
