Overview

WorkPanda seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically strong Post-Contract Interior Designer to join our team during the construction phase of high-end hospitality, residential, and cultural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the design team on site during construction phase

• Ensure design intent is properly implemented

• Review and comment on contractor shop drawings

• Review material submittals, mock-ups, and samples

• Ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and approved drawings

• Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants to resolve clashes affecting interiors

Key Requirement

• 5–8+ years experience in Interior Design

• Minimum 3 years post-contract/site experience

• Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or cultural projects

• Strong technical detailing knowledge

• Excellent understanding of joinery and finishing materials

• Ability to read and review architectural, MEP, and structural drawings

• Experience dealing with contractors in the Middle East
