Overview

The Mid-Level Architect will support the architectural design and delivery of residential and hospitality projects from concept through detailed design. The role requires strong technical skills, design coordination experience, and the ability to work closely with senior architects, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Support architectural design development from concept design to detailed design stages
• Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and technical documentation
• Assist in developing design proposals aligned with project briefs and client expectations
• Coordinate with consultants, including structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Contribute to residential and hospitality project delivery across multiple stages
• Assist senior architects and project leads with design coordination and documentation
• Support preparation of submissions, revisions, and client presentation materials
• Ensure drawings and outputs meet studio standards and local authority requirements
• Participate in design reviews and internal coordination meetings

Job Requirements

• Strong architectural design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics

• Proficiency in producing high-quality drawings, presentations, and technical documentation

• Experience supporting design development from concept through detailed design stages

• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, including structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines

• Skilled in collaborating with internal project teams to ensure smooth execution

• Knowledge of studio standards, local authority requirements, and design documentation

• Experience assisting senior architects with design coordination, submissions, and client presentations
