Overview

The Mid-Level Interior Designer will support the design development and delivery of hospitality and residential projects from concept through execution. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers while maintaining design intent.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, and interior configurations in line with project briefs
• Assist in creating and refining interior design concepts under senior designer guidance
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material selections for client reviews
• Present design ideas and progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the approved design vision
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and FF&E specialists for sourcing and specifications
• Work closely with 3D visualization teams to ensure accurate representation of design intent
• Support preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation packages
• Participate in coordination with consultants to ensure design integration
• Assist during site visits and support design implementation during construction phases

Job Requirements

• Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

• Proficiency in space planning, furniture layouts, and interior configurations

• Skilled in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and material selections

• Knowledge of FF&E selection, materials, finishes, and sourcing coordination

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers

• Familiarity with design documentation, drawings, schedules, and specifications

• Experience in supporting design implementation on-site and during construction phases
