Overview

WorkPanda is seeking a Senior Architect for a studio delivering landmark luxury hospitality projects with leading global operators across the region. Experience delivering projects for hospitality brands such as Aman, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, The Chedi, or similar high-end operators is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

↳ Lead architectural design packages from concept through to project delivery

↳ Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed design documentation

↳ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers

↳ Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders

↳ Ensure design intent, quality standards, and technical accuracy are maintained

↳ Support project delivery across design stages and site coordination

Key Requirements

↳ Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and project delivery experience

↳ Experience working on luxury hospitality or mixed-use developments

↳ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

↳ Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams

↳ Experience working with international hospitality brands or operators is highly advantageous
