Overview

We are seeking Senior Interior Designers with extensive experience in luxury hospitality projects, including brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles, and MGallery. The role involves leading the creative design process, managing FF&E selections, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring high-quality delivery from concept through completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead creative design concepts for luxury hospitality interiors, ensuring alignment with client and brand requirements
• Oversee FF&E selection, specifications, and documentation for all project stages
• Coordinate with clients, hotel operators, and consultants to maintain brand standards and design intent
• Manage design delivery from concept through construction and final handover
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and interior configurations for guest rooms, public areas, and F&B outlets
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and presentation packages for client approvals
• Collaborate with 3D visualization teams to ensure accurate and high-quality visual representations
• Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and resolve design-related issues
• Ensure documentation, reports, and drawings are accurately maintained and up to date
• Mentor and support junior interior designers within the project team

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality interior design, ideally with brands like Hilton, Marriott, Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles, or MGallery

• Strong skills in developing creative design concepts and ensuring brand-aligned interiors

• Proficiency in FF&E selection, specification, and documentation across all project stages

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, hotel operators, and consultants

• Experience managing design delivery from concept through construction and handover

• Skilled in space planning, furniture layouts, and interior configurations for guest rooms, public areas, and F&B outlets

• Ability to mentor and guide junior interior designers while maintaining design quality and project standards
