WorkPanda is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for a studio delivering landmark luxury hospitality projects with leading global operators across the region.

Job Responsibilities

↳ Lead interior design packages from concept through to project delivery

↳ Develop design narratives, mood boards, and spatial concepts

↳ Produce detailed drawings, FF&E selections, and material specifications

↳ Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and project teams

↳ Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders

↳ Ensure design intent, quality standards, and project timelines are maintained

Job Requirements

↳ 15–20 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or high-end interior design

↳ Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and project delivery

↳ Experience working on international hospitality brands or operators

↳ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools

↳ Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
