Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing luxury interior fit-out projects from pre-construction and procurement through construction, completion, and final handover. The role involves overseeing programme, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved design intent and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from pre-construction, planning, and procurement through construction, completion, and final handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, programmes, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment at all stages.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identifying risks, delays, or constraints and implementing corrective actions where required.
• Ensure all projects are delivered within approved budgets, contractual requirements, and agreed timelines.
• Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and luxury fit-out requirements.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project sites in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination meetings to ensure quality and programme adherence.
• Manage procurement processes, material approvals, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports covering progress, cost, quality, and risk.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of luxury interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors
  
• Ability to manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through completion and final handover
  
• Excellent knowledge of site execution, materials, finishes, and high-end fit-out standards
  
• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  
• Ability to manage programme, budget, quality, and safety on live project sites
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently
  
• Clear communication and reporting skills to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
