Overview

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for a luxury property developer delivering world-class mixed-use island projects across the Maldives, setting new standards in design, hospitality, and sustainability. The role is based in Dubai with frequent travel to the Maldives and involves supporting project delivery, coordinating with site teams, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Director with programme tracking, milestone management, and monitoring overall project timelines
  • Assist in identifying project risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Support contract administration, including reviewing consultant and contractor submissions for compliance
  • Assist with coordination and management of contracts, variations, and change control processes
  • Prepare clear and accurate project reports, dashboards, presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor site progress and assist in resolving design, coordination, or delivery issues
  • Support meetings, workshops, and site visits, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support smooth project delivery from design through construction and final handover

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale luxury property or mixed-use projects, preferably in hospitality or island developments

• Strong skills in project planning, programme tracking, and milestone management

• Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contract administration

• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Proficiency in preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations, and progress updates

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve design, coordination, or delivery issues

• Excellent organisational skills to maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
