We’re exclusively representing a leading design consultancy currently delivering a highly complex hospitality project. They are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer / Senior Project Architect to support project delivery.

The ideal candidate must be an Architect by background with strong site and delivery experience on 4–5★ hotel projects. Experience working on PIF-related developments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

↳ Lead site supervision and ensure architectural design intent is maintained during construction

↳ Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions

↳ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders on site

↳ Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications

↳ Attend site meetings and provide technical guidance to resolve design and construction issues

↳ Support project delivery while ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are maintained

Key Requirement

↳ Architect by background with strong site and project delivery experience

↳ Proven experience on 4–5★ hotel or luxury hospitality projects

↳ Prior involvement in large-scale developments within the Middle East

↳ Experience working on PIF-related projects will be highly preferred

↳ Strong knowledge of construction supervision, shop drawings, and site coordination

↳ Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
