• WorkPanda will communicate with you regarding the Refer-a-Friend program by email
• You can only send referral messages to individuals you know either through a project you’ve worked together on employed under the same company. Your friend will also need to confirm the same
• The person being referred must register their account with WorkPanda and be positively verified by our team. This is very important to note.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send to your friends.
• The referral fee is not available for referring existing customers (the referral must new to WorkPanda).
• To be eligible for the referral fee, you must:
(i) explain the Program to your referrals and obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information for the purpose of sending them the referral and
(ii) abide by these Program Terms. Referrals must provide consent to use of their personal information in order to participate in the Program.
(iii) this is an industry specific referral program
• We only pay referrals to those residing in UAE and KSA
• A referral fee can only be paid once the person being referred (i) passes their probation period and,
(ii) WorkPanda receives their fee from the Employer
• WorkPanda reserves the right at its own discretion not to pay a fee for any reasons whatsoever
• Sales representatives, freelancers, corporate companies, and associates are excluded from this Program. The referral fee is not applicable to these parties.
• WorkPanda assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by WorkPanda on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage toa your (or any other person's) computer related to or resulting from this program. WorkPanda reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of WorkPanda, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the WorkPanda team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• WorkPanda may end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral fee.
• The referral fee value may vary. WorkPanda reserves the right to adjust the fee amount.
• The fee is discretionary will includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the country of supply) therefore the value received is the value with all fees (transfers, bank charges etc). For example, a $1000 discretionary fee, meaning the fee value may be $950. The $50 is captured as a reduction in the amount of tax and/or charges.
